I can officiate at weddings in any state. I perform ceremonies in the Quad Cities, which includes Davenport, IA and Moline, IL, where there is an international airport. I marry all couples. I meet with each couple ahead of time to help you plan a ceremony which is perfect for you. I will marry you in the venue of your choice. If you come to Iowa from another state to take advantage of the fact that gay and lesbian couples can marry legally in Iowa, I help you to apply for a license, find a beautiful venue, and plan a lovely ceremony.
